11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKMYSPEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from use of the Service
• Service interruptions or failures
• Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrackMySpend and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails (where applicable by law)
• Courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort
